What Are Veneers? An Excellent Cosmetic Option
/
A veneer is a shell that goes over the surface of a tooth and is then secured in place. Veneers can be made from natural-looking materials like porcelain, resin, and zirconia, allowing them to look just like your enamel.

View on GoogleWe Offer No-Prep Veneers for Quicker, More Comfortable Application
No Tooth Alteration
Generally, traditional dental veneers will require a layer of tooth enamel to be removed. With no-prep veneers, our board-certified dentist, Dr. Khodabakhsh, can likely avoid any enamel filing or tooth alteration, or simply do less intensive etching.
More Comfortable Placement
For quicker, more comfortable placement, patients prefer no-prep veneers. This cosmetic treatment will not cause any discomfort to the teeth or gums, and it takes less time than traditional veneers.
High-Quality Materials
While no-prep veneers are faster and easier to place, they maintain the same high standards of quality and materials as traditional veneers. The porcelain veneers your dentist places will be durable, functional, and natural-looking.
Veneer Treatment Timeline
Patients trust Dr. Khodabakhsh to create custom porcelain dental veneers that match their needs and goals.
The Importance of Oral Hygiene When You Have Veneers
Is Anxiety Keeping You From Visiting the Dentist? Dental Sedation is Available
Typically, no-prep veneer placement is not painful, and traditional veneers cause little to no discomfort.
However, if you are anxious about receiving dental care or want to avoid any sensitivity, we offer several sedation options to help keep you calm.
Veneers patients may wish to consider nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas. This is a safe gas that will allow you to remain awake but relaxed during your appointment. The effects wear off within 15 minutes, so you can drive yourself home after treatment.
